• My child is between the ages 5-12
• Potty trained
• The school is within a 2 mile radius of the daycare.
• Include the hours & days you are seeking  care for in your message below.
• Does your child have an IEP, allergies, behavioral or medical conditions?
• Rates are listed on the 16th  of the Handbook/Contract (posted above).
• Subsidy programs are accepted.
